The first time I lost the game- having not known there was a game until opening a thread much like this- I too didn't get it. However I've lost the game several times since then and it actually gets funnier every time. I've not taught D.C. the game, this is the time methinks.

For those who "don't get it" it is like an annoying ear worm, a jingle, a snippet from an ad (Bodyform, I'm looking at you), the baby shark song that just pops into your head or the game pops into your head and you lose. It has been around for a long time and this isn't what MN has become, is has always been on here.

Ds is 17 and plays this too with his mates. The second you lose you obviously have to tell anyone around you who also plays the game. I usually lose before Ds but he has recently lost and came and told me. It was a lovely moment for me.

When you clicked on the thread and saw what the OP said you should have just clicked off it if it bothers you so much.

Also I guess I've lost the game although the wiki page says you have a grace period of up to 30 minutes to forget about the game if you've only just found out about it.
