What can I do (CF driving one)

This may be outing but I'm so fucking cross I don't care!! Couple of months ago DH and I were in v low speed low damage impact (DH driving) with another car when both were reversing in a car park and came together as both in each other's blind spot! Damage was minimal and we agreed at the scene it was 50/50 one of those things and we'd fix our own. DH sorted mine out with some T cut and a magnet! So - today my insurers rang saying other party has put in a claim against me alleging that we reversed into his stationary vehicle!! I've obv told them my side of things but ultimately, even if they agree 50/50 my no claims is gone and premium will soar. Same for him tho so AIBU to think that he's likely either had a further prang against something he can't claim against so is trying to lump us with more major damage, or he's going to try and claim whiplash / multiple passengers etc (he was alone in his car)?? I don't believe cost of any actual damage to his car from the event would even exceed most people's excess! There was a witness who I've spoken to and is making a statement, but I'm just so fucking angry - Utter chancer CF!!! Anyone experience of similar? I've asked insurers to deny liability and reported him for insurance fraud but they'll prob just settle it to make it go away and that makes me even crosser!!

It could be. Or it could be that the damage to his car cost a lot more than he expected, hence the claim.
It will go 50/50

I wouldn't get too get up about it. They are entitled to go through their insurer and to be honest you are supposed to tell them of collisions even if you don't claim. Just be honest with your insurer. Say that you didn't think their was any damage at the time and it was months ago and he's lying about the car being stationary.
You won't necessarily lose all your no claims. I wrote off a car and only lost 3 out of 7 years which didn't affect insurance price hugely.
