To be worried about these ‘mild’ symptoms?

In the last few weeks I’ve had some odd symptoms
Dizziness while standing in a particular place only in my house, tripping on one particular stair each time I go up it’s like my brain temporarily forgets how to use stairs ?
I keep forgetting words I know
I keep going into a room and forgetting why
The dizziness I cannot work out at all. I just feel generally ‘off’
Do I just need to rest more or is this actually worth seeing the gp about ?

High blood pressure maybe. I'm the same age and had dizziness and found out that I was anaemic and had high blood pressure. Iron tablets and baby aspirin helps. See your doctor.

Any chance you are pregnant?

AmIokorNot · 25/11/2020 13:38

I'd be looking into CO poisoning and get a good CO detector if you haven't already

I feel like you when I'm leading up to a panic attack.
The lead up could be weeks for me.
Not saying this is definitely what's happening in your case. Just a suggestion.

Possibly low-level anxiety issue
