It mostly happens when I get into bed, it's mainly on my torso and arms, it's like tiny pin pricks of itchy felling, loads of them.
It drives me mad and stops me sleeping, scratching doesn't ease it much, and I'm itching everywhere, arms, back, neck but not my lower limbs.
If it was washing powder it would surely be worse when I'm dress3, rather than in bed?
I am menopausal, could it be connected?
AIBU to ask if anyone else has experienced this and what is was?
