Ooni pizza oven and various add ons
Jigsaw of every rocket launched
Chopstick rests
Some kind of chocolate
Oxfam charity gift card

Twobrews · 17/11/2020 22:25

No idea.
I was going to get him one of those home beer pump things but he came home with one from a customer last week Hmm

Tinyhumansurvivalist · 17/11/2020 22:29

Some shirts from his favourite shop
Some new vans trainers
Voucher for a lamborghini track thing

Dd has chosen him a bracelet with her nickname for him engraved in it (he's her step dad) and a lovely print about a dad being the one who steps up not whose daughter she shares.

For a split second I read "voucher for a Lamborghini" That's a little out of my price range 😄

Coffee machine and his favourite chocolates

A fire pit

FinallyHere · 17/11/2020 23:14

Oculus 2 VR headset

Tinyhumansurvivalist · 17/11/2020 23:48

Haha mine too @HiyaMeAgain although he might actually marry me if I did that Grin

edenhills · 18/11/2020 11:27

A second hand book and some vegan cheese. We have an agreement to never spend more than £10 on each other which means gifts tend to be more thoughtful or funny. I wouldn't want to give big expensive gifts as it comes out of shared money and we would usually discuss and make a decision on large purchases together.

www.mamod.co.uk/shop-categories/1403-traction-engine-kit

I've ordered one of these as it is something he used to build/make with his late father when he was a child. He'll also get the usual socks, mug, choccys etc

RonObvious · 18/11/2020 13:00

Rum.

givemethecreeps · 18/11/2020 13:28

Aftershave, trainers, a book, a fleece and some t shirts

SweatyBetty20 · 18/11/2020 13:45

Extra long sleeping bag from Alpkit as he’s tall and we hope to do more wild camping next year. Am also buying a regular sized one for me!
Ice axe.
Hiking socks.
Slow cooker cook book because he is obsessed.

DaddysGirlForLife
Barbour wellies are not great at lasting.
My DH got some and I had to send them back to be replaced after a couple of months.
They split and started leaking.

ihatethecold · 18/11/2020 13:57

@FinallyHere

Those headsets are fab.
I’ve had a go on one at FB.
Great fun.

@catmumof1

Home brewing kit, I'm torn between a single use/novelty Brewdog one and a proper set up as I'm pretty sure he's going to get really in to it.
I bought DH one years ago... he loved the concept and did try it but it was much harder than expected and he lost interest quickly.
CatFaceCats · 18/11/2020 14:06

New Scotland rugby top, a book, an Alexa and something pug themed as he loves his dog :)

MissConductUS · 18/11/2020 14:22

Thanks Tinyhumansurvivalist, mine probably needs new trainers so that's a great suggestion.

AryaStarkWolf · 18/11/2020 14:24

Just a few small bits and then we're treating ourselves to two nights away just after Christmas (assuming Hotels will be open then)

Laiste · 18/11/2020 14:29

New 'slobby trousers' (Nike tracksuit bottoms) and an obscure vinyl scratch record from France (which he had to order his self).

misskatamari · 18/11/2020 14:31

He's no doubt going to try and get a PS5, if he can get hold of one. Presents from me, i've got him a few boardgames as his main presents, a multi-tool thing, going to make some tshirts and hopefully some new pants (I've ordered some cool games controller jersey), and probably something from the kids. If i can be arsed I'll make him some fudge and his favourite jam too. We're into home made things, so i promise these options aren't as shit as they might sound lol

misskatamari · 18/11/2020 14:32

We're into, that should read

VulvaPerson · 18/11/2020 14:38

PS5, but hes getting it tomorrow as got a prebuy ticket thing months back and apparently if its not used tomorrow when they come out..its lost. And it was 25 quid.

So no doubt he will 'forget' this is his xmas present and expect another one by the time its xmas.. Grin

ElizaDeee · 18/11/2020 15:39

I want to get him a weighted blanket but no idea where to start with those.

Bobtheshark · 18/11/2020 15:44

A painting he’s been looking at for a few years, a motorbike helmet and motorbike cover. The usual stocking fillers of aftershave, pj’s etc.
