Kids in supermarkets. I presume okay?

Didn’t take my two shopping during the last lockdown as heard things about children being discouraged. I’m fb friends with a lady works in a local supermarket and all she did was moan about kids being in there which put me off taking them.

I try and avoid taking my kids shopping even before covid anyway 🤣 they just want to buy everything!

But today... my heating system had gone wrong. Likely won’t be fixed until next week at the earliest if they can solve the problem (we have hot water thankfully)

I’m absolutely freezing. Thinking of going to Asda or Sainsburys later to buy a nice fleecy throw, thick pyjamas, hopefully a jumper, thick socks, hot water bottles, slippers for all of us. We haven’t got a lot of extra warm things in the house for all of us.

Will look like an non essential shop to most people but I’m so cold 🥶🥶

Hubby is going to work shortly until tonight. Kids finish school early today so I presume I can just take them even if we are in lockdown 2? Haven’t got time to go before they get home (on Fridays they finish after lunch)

So yeah fine to take them?! I would order stuff but I’m already freezing 🥶🥶

It'll be fine. Went to Sainsburys this morning with toddler and baby. It was completely normal in there and all aisles open.
