Lighthearted but also not lighthearted. I'm sick of not being able to sleep. Any anti snoring recommendations?
Spare room unavailable.

I've had this for many years..I know you say no separate room but id invest in a decent sofabed and sleep separately if it is very bad.

Sleeping apart has saved my marriage, as snoring was making me pissed off at him every night and every day that I couldnt enjoy due to tiredness.

We watch movies in bed before bedtime and are plenty intimate, just he goes to sofabed to actually sleep. It's not the end of intimacy

I make my DP turn over to his side as it's always worse when he's on his back.

My ex had an even worse snoring problem and he got a 'snore guard' off Amazon, which definitely helped as it opens their airways a little. If turning him over doesn't work, would he perhaps wear one of these?

I used to get murderous thoughts with my ex because his snoring was that bad, so sorting it out completely transforms your relationship!

Thanks I'm have a look at a snore guard.
He gets up at 5am so I generally stay in bed until the DC wake up (6 - 7) and he always highlights that I get more sleep. I only take that extra hour because I'm up listening to him snore for half the night.

DP just got a cpap machine last week and so far it's been heavenly. Just a soft breathy sound. I think it's now the most precious item in the house. Unfortunately won't help you if your DH doesn't have sleep apnoea!
