To put red wine in quorn bolognaise?

My DM says that there’s no point because red wine only tastes nice mixed in with beef mince bolognaise. She says it is wasted with quorn mince and better to drink it instead.
I think I can drink it AND put it in the bolognaise.
What do you think?

I’m another one that prefers white wine in bolognaise... but back to the original question - yep, throw in the wine!

I love a bit Of quorn, but it needs a lots adding to it to make a delicious spag Bol! I’d definitely add the red wine. I add blitzed up sun dried tomatoes/sun dried tomato paste. Sometimes a dash of marmite. Tomato paste, balsamic vinegar, dried mushrooms. Anything really flavourful and Umami (is that the word?) Chuck it in.
