This appeared on my local FB page. Took me a few quizzical seconds to figure it out. Gave me a smile so hope to pass it on!

Anyone know how we can get a poppy reef for next week? Do any florists make them..? TIA

I don't think it needs coral or fish though.

Coral is not always present. It can be bare rock, mud, worm beds or other structure and doesn't necessarily have fish but usually does attract them.

I do like to miss the point.

I can think of at least one other type of reef...Wink

Clearly they meant wreath for Remembrance Day...

I do not believe coral makes a reef I assume the term 'reef' is a geographic type of 'place' like an Athol, River, Canal has specific definitions not related to coral/fish etc.

Poppy reef sounds like a spliff!

Poppy reef sounds more like a mix of opiates and weed.

Wonder if they will also buy a Christmas reef for there door, and maybe sum misseltoe.
