Why was a man on the tram wearing his Canada goose jacket inside out?

Was it inside out or "deconstructed"? Wasn't there a craze with teens wearing their clothes back to front some years ago?

The coats aren't made of Canadian geese but they do use wild coyote fur and goose down from white geese so animal right activists have issues with them as a company. Just Google "PETA Canada Goose" for an example.

Oops, pressed post message too soon. I suspect he might have turned it inside out so people can't see immediately that it's an authentic CG. Bit daft though.

That doesn't make sense because wearing it inside out was showing off the huge branding label on the inside of the jacket. Hence I could see from 100 paces that it was a Canada goose jacket

Maybe the branding on the outside was too subtle and he wanted everyone to know he could afford that brand?

I think it's this (being awfully judgey and looking at the outfit as a whole etc..)

I have a CG parka and would struggle even to turn it inside out. No way could I get it on! Maybe the puffer jackets are less structured? Anyway, as others and OP have said, the labelling is much more obvious on the inside so no, he wasn't ashamed of their coyote fur practices. I'm thinking oblivious.

More abusive to animals to have a coat that never biodegrades. At least the feathers are natural.

Surely you realise the outer and lining of CG jackets are also made from synthetic fabrics?

Different colour lining to the outside, so he might be missed/thought as not being the bloke in the red jacket the police wanted to help with their enquiries when checking the tram CCTV?

Maybe that style of jacket was supposed to be like that? I mean Gucci are selling laddered tights for hundreds of pounds so it’s not unreasonable that it might be designed to look inside out.
