I don't understand?

WaltzingBetty · 19/10/2020 23:39

Why would you think it's a birthing pool?

PickAChew · 19/10/2020 23:41

Would be a decent size for a chihuahua but not fir a human.

SunniCameHomeWithAVengeance · 19/10/2020 23:45

DD uses them in her work. Aggressive pregnant rescue dogs seem to find them very comforting, more so than an open mat.

JamieLeeCurtains · 19/10/2020 23:46

Why, has your midwife suggested you buy it?

RunningFromInsanity · 19/10/2020 23:47

Much better and safer for a dog to give birth in that, than an open space or god forbid a crate with gaps for the puppies to get caught/squashed in.

YellowHighlighterPen · 19/10/2020 23:48

Sigh
It says - if it's not FOR YOU then please don't message.
FOR YOU....like a person would be using it to give birth in....

Made me laugh anyway.

Oh.

OneEpisode · 19/10/2020 23:53

Is the related product a wine glass?

I'm not sure what you are signing at. Your post is batshit.

YellowHighlighterPen · 19/10/2020 23:56

Well aren't you a little ray of sunshine🤣

IhateBoswell · 19/10/2020 23:58

YellowHighlighterPen · 19/10/2020 23:58

No I did understand it. I chose to read it in a more literal way. Because that made me laugh. Like the items read by Charlotte Green at the end of one of those Radio 4 panel shows - I forget which one.

OP posts:
IhateBoswell · 20/10/2020 00:03

The wording of it does make it a bit funny if you read it like that.

I don't think it's the OP who's got hold of the wrong end of the stick (if you'll excuse the pun).

cobpickles · 20/10/2020 00:13

huh? Has someone suggested you buy this to give birth in?

@YellowHighlighterPen

Well aren't you a little ray of sunshine🤣

You are the one sighing at people for not understanding something that literally only you can actually see without explanation Hmm

AldiAisleofCrap · 20/10/2020 00:53

It’s not amusing though?

FortunesFave · 20/10/2020 00:54

It's not even vaguely funny....that's why people are confused.

Wingedharpy · 20/10/2020 01:03

@YellowHighlighterPen: Charlotte Green ref - The News Quiz, I think.

katy1213 · 20/10/2020 01:39

Mumsnet is quick on the uptake tonight!
