I'm a grown woman in my late 20's with a house, job and children.

I happen to be suffering with hormonal acne at the moment which my GP is trying to treat with antibiotics and cream.

Whenever an aunt calls me she always says the same thing..

"hows your little spotty face doing?"

She's well meaning but It gives me the rage. I've just come off the phone abruptly because I'm just sick of it.

I'm an adult being spoken to like a child, I don't have a 'little' face and find it patronising

AIBU for this giving me the rage?

It's her who calls me, but I agree with you completely. She can fuck off.

My DM is annoyed with her for similar reasons, she made a 'joke' that DM smells (she doesn't)

How about, 'you know Aunty, I do you the courtesy of not mentioning how socially incontinent you are, how fucking wide your beam is, the hair growing out the mole on your chin preceding you into the room, do you think you could try to treat me with the same courtesy? Cos you're only embarrassing yourself here.'

Do you think I should send a very clear message and address it or just not bother answering the phone anymore?

I don't see her much in person, the bulk of the contact we have is when she rings me.

Ask her how her piles are doing. Loudly. In company.

She's stepping it up to get a reaction. I would just stop answering the phone. If she texts you, text back that you find it very upsetting when she calls you spotty face and fat bum and other mean things and you don't want to listen to it anymore.
