I’ve just run 10 miles without stopping to raise money for charity!! I’m not a natural runner so for me this is huge!!

When I started c25k I couldn’t run for 30 seconds without getting breathless and now my hard work has paid off😁😁😁😁

Thank you everyone 😊😊, was on a bit of a post-run high when I posted - I’m not usually attention seeking 😂😂
Don’t know how to tag people but someone asked what charity - Rays of Sunshine wont post my fundraising link as that’s not why I posted but it’s my employer’s charity of the year to support. We were meant to be running The Great South Run but it was cancelled so we decided to do it anyway - just on our own or individual teams.

Someone else asked how long ago I started c25k - same as some others I started a few times etc and stopped but over the past year I’ve just focused on hone workouts and then weights at the gym and I only run about once a month but as my fitness has increased it’s easier to run for longer 🙂

Oh and because of the charity name our running tops were bright yellow - the perfect colour when you don’t want to draw attention to your luminous pink, sweaty face 😂😂
