Should I tell nurses of possible SEN

Posting for traffic (apologies I know this is frowned upon)
DD (2yo) has been put forward for an ASD assessment.
She scored 130 on her 27mo check (normal is below 50'something). Her SLT discharged her because she knows so many words (never been an issue, more a tick box). Then had 1st face to face app with paediatrician where she apparently scored quite high, and it was concluded that an assessment of ASD is correct for DD, but the assessment can only go ahead when I put DD in private nursery.

I have never used a private nursery before. Do I tell them of DD's suspected SEN? I have an appointment to view the nursery soon. Do I tell them or leave it to them to discover (i appreciate this might seem obvious to some) Thankyou for anh advice, its muchly appreciated

Any parent should tell any prospective nursery or school anything about their DC's needs or development that staff need to know, and your DD is no different.

Remember, you are assessing the nursery, manager and staff to see if its suitable for her. If they indicate any inability or unwillingness about her diagnosis, you need to find a better one.

Ask lots of questions; do they have other asd children? How do they involve parents when settling in a new child? And keep your eyes and ears open to staff /child relations. Is anyone (adult or child) standing around bored and inactive, disengaged? Relaxed, occupied,
purposeful?

Thanks for the great advice on things I need to ask. It's a million miles from where my head was at yesterday worrying that informing them could make them look for issues that weren't there!
What is laughable, I'm studying a degree at uni right now where a whole year was dedicated to nursery policy and inclusion 🤦‍♀️ Just goes to show how anxiety can create irrational thoughts!!
