To want to replace these worktops?

I'm wondering if I can transform my kitchen by replacing the worktops and possibly the handles too. I don't want wooden worktops as they would be high maintenance. I prefer plain worktops to patterned, so thinking maybe corian, but what colour would go with cream cupboards and a wooden floor?

Sorry OP, another vote for keeping the worktops and changing or painting the fronts, and new handles.

YANBU. If you can afford it go ahead and change the tops. Personally I don't like the combination at all. Actually I really don't like the work surface so I would change it if I could afford to. I think the work surfaces need to have a better contrast with the kitchen units so would look better in a darker colour like Navy or dark green.
