Been on Sertraline and Propanolol for a long time and things have gone from bad to worse, always wanted to come off meds rather than find new ones but having to rethink. Anyone got any success stories or private psychiatry recommendations? Been harmed by bad advice in the past

i take Rexulti which is an anti-psychotic in a very small dose.Previously I have tried Citalopram, Cymbalta and Xanax. This is by far the best one for me with the least side-effects. It doesn' t remove the anxieties completely of course (because the crap I worry about is historical fact) but it takes the edge off so I can get on with my daily life. The medication is actually for schizophrenia which I don't have but I do get intrusive thoughts.

Thanks @Mimishimi and @Idontbelieveit12

I can't believe the amount of different drugs people are taking and I've been struggling on the same one for years. I've been stubborn about finding a natural approach, partly because after having my daughter 6 years ago I thought we would have another baby but the reality is I've never been well enough for us to even try.
