To worry about my 6 year old daughter and early puberty?

Today when I was cuddling my 6 year old, I noticed a very slightly sweaty smell (she had been dancing around btw).

I had a closer smell, and it definitely was coming from her armpits. Not strong, but was definitely there.

I am now desperately worried she’s starting early puberty. No signs of body hair or breasts etc.

Would you be worried? Has this happened to anyone else very young like this? Should I speak to the doctor?

One of my Yr 4 (so 8-9) pupils began to show signs of early puberty; I don't know all the physical details, as not my child, but father advised me that they had consulted the doctor. He was given medication to slow things down a little until he went into puberty at the same time as his peer group. Apparently, the meds just delayed development for a while to stop his growth spurt happening too soon, which could have meant that having started early, it would finish early, meaning that bones would set at his final height prematurely, having started from a lower point iyswim.
The main thing I noticed was that he was into teenage tutting earlier than his mates......

I can remember my little brother having bo from age 5/6 but he still went through puberty at a typical age

I notice my DD had pungent armpits last year at age 5. I took her to the GP, who said that she wasn’t worried, but to bring her back if we noticed any other signs of puberty.
