Weird email

Posting for traffic.

I had an email in my 'primary' folder which I archived by mistake. It was something about a subscription that I knew nothing about. When I went to view the email in 'all mail' (apparently this is where archived messages go) it was nowhere to be seen.

What do you make of this?

@NRatched Yes for fingerprint ID on most phones all they have to do is do a factory reset on your mobile device. By turning on your mobile and holding the buttons in, in a certain way and you get the recovery mode boot screen, from here you can do a factory reset of your phone (wiping it clean).
But the only upside is that they don't get their hands on any data stored on the phone.

Well I've just had another email (in social). It asks you if you want to subscribe to a car and then asks you for your email. I'm really paranoid as my ex has this car! (and he's dodgy, like I said!!) BUT I ordered something from Euro Car Parts the other day so it could just be just a random email because I was on there.

I'm still paranoid regarding his antics even years after leaving the prat.

That's worrying regarding the phone reset, I didn't know that.
