Aibu to think I may end up with puppies?

Posting for traffic sorry - don't know much about this.

I have an 18 month old rescue bitch. Only got her 3 months ago - she wasn't spayed when I adopted her as they didn't know when her last season was. They told me to wait 3 months before doing it and she's booked in to have it done in 2 weeks time.

Tonight my mum was walking her and apparently a dog persistently tried to mount her. My mum thinks she managed to separate them in time but my bitch has showed no physical signs of being in season or she wouldn't be out at popular walking times. No other dogs have shown interest in her.

I've tried googling it but not had much luck. Aibu to think I could end up with puppies or is it just odd behaviour on the other dogs part? Really don't know much about unspayed dogs so advice welcome!

Did the dogs lock?i.e. Were both tied and facing opposite directions?if so and she's in season and was receptive to the dog,and he had his entire bits then yes she might be.

Did they tie? You k ow there’s a morning after injection for dogs? Definitely better safe than sorry, vet visit, get her seen and injected if needed. Better than risking her having puppies and having complications/needing a caesarean.
