Annoyed at DH taking over the living room

I booked myself a day off work today and planned to spend it lazing around on the sofa, after doing some chores. Obviously this year I haven’t had the chance to use my holidays whilst DH has due to his hobby (I know!) so this is why I’m off work alone.

DH is working from home and today has taken it upon himself to work from the sofa instead of this office and with the TV on due to ‘not feeling well’ Hmm. He has got papers spread out all over the sofa thus ruining my plans.

AIBU to be slightly annoyed? Whenever he’s off work and I’m not I try to stay out of his way.

Erm. Tell him to fuck off upstairs?

@Pogmella

Wander round in the background with your top off if he’s on Teams. Or ‘accidentally’ call out his pet name and ask him how his nasty rash is today
hahahaaaaa!!!!!!

How selfish...🙄

Chickenfingers · 28/09/2020 15:29

I'd have made it very clear I was present, hoovered around, put on music, fart lots, accidentally blow the papers like the big bad wolf.

Or could have just asked him to move.

Maybe he wants to spend some time with you !

I'd just move the papers.. and I'd put what I wanted on the TV because he can't concentrate on work while watching!

Not even getting started on a hobby that means you can't have joint holidays..?!
