Do you know if I'll get paid?

I work 3 days a week in a hospitality job. On Friday morning I woke with a sore throat, mentioned it to the duty manager on shift prior to starting and they had no problems with me working. I had no other symptoms and it wasn't really a sore throat it was more that dry way and I felt totally fine in myself. I mentioned just to be on the safe side, with covid and all. Saturday I woke with the same feeling in my throat but my voice was also a little croaky and I felt like there was a little bit of mucus on my chest/in my throat (sorry tmi) but still felt fine so I went to work as i was told the day before I was fine to work.
It was a different duty manager who has only just come back from furlough last week, he is incredibly anxious about the virus to the point where I wonder why he even came back to work (obviously I know he has to to earn money but he is seriously so anxious). So I started work and I had a feeling that I needed to clear my throat, so I did. I think I did this 2 or 3 times over the space of 20 mins, just quietly. It wasnt loud it didn't sound horrible it was just a small quiet clearing of my throat each time. The duty manager heard it and asked what's wrong as my voice sounded a little croaky. I just said I had a bit of a dry throat and and maybe a bit of congestion around the nose/throat area. His face turned and I could see he started to panic. I told him I was told I was fine to work yesterday, and according to the NHS questionnaire I wasn't at risk of having covid. We have to wear a mask at all times and have a timer to wash our hands every 20 mins as well as after touching customers crockery/glasses, our face, bins etc etc. He went and stood the opposite side of the restaurant and 20 mins later he came back and said I need to send you home, I said ok that's your call, you're the manager. He told me he was seconds away from a panic attack and that he was sweating at the idea of me being there so I needed to leave.
I then called up the coronavirus helpline and explained what happened and they booked me for a test that day.
Another manager had text me asking if I was ok, and had told me that the duty manager that sent me home had told them I was coughing excessively. I wasn't, not at all. I cleared my throat 2 maybe 3 times in the 45 mins I was at work. I was supposed to be working yesterday also but they covered my shift , obviously. I was told when a negative test came back I could come back to work. Or if I had covid then things would be different of course.
I received my results yesterday morning and it came back negative so I let everyone know.

But now nobody can tell me if or what I'll get paid, the manager on duty yesterday told me she was sending a self certificate off for me with "covid" as the explanation. I thought that you didn't get paid for the first few days when self certifying?
I get the manager was acting "better safe than sorry" which I understand given the current circumstances, but surely i should be paid full? I recieved my results before my shift was due to start yesterday so could've worked, but they told me the shift was already covered.

So does anyone know how it works? Will I get SSP, furlough or what? And AIBU to expect full pay at least for the shift I could've worked yesterday?

This link seems to suggest that you get statutory sick pay from the first day if it's Covid-related.
