I’m sat waiting to see my GP about a mole on my face, saw the nurse last week as I didn’t want to bother the Dr. I dunno what’s up but I feel so anxious which isn’t normally me. I’m sat here askin myself if is due to COVID but I don’t think so but maybe subconsciously.
So AIBU to be feeling this way? Very low numbers in my area.

God trying to deep breath here ......

I didn't vote because you are not being unreasonable to be worried. It's not covid though surely? What did the doc say?

I don’t think you’re being unreasonable but uncertainty of what it is has caused anxiety which means thoughts aren’t as always rational as normal, which is completely normal. It won’t be covid and if it was you wouldn’t have been sat in the doctors. I hope the appointment went ok for you and your mind put at ease.

Isn't everybody feeling some sense of anxiety at the moment?

I've just started a similar thread - saying I feel a sense of unease and my DH is feeling the same.

I'm thinking it's Covid/Brexit/our dodgy government. There's a huge amount of weird stuff going on at the moment ...
