My lockdown pursuit was painting...lovebit andcwant to carry on.
I am now on placement full time...ngs career. I'd love to paint but evenings am too knackered and weekend i am doing family time.dd 12 so a bit more independent which helps.
Just curious to know if you lot have any hobbies and how you find time for them?

For most of my working life I had a cleaner.

I am also extremely efficient, that is driven by wanting to do what I want.

Ending up with the right partner by luck or design is the real key to having time.

Plus many women are just too nice and extremely selfless. I carried on with my hobbies and did stuff without my family, the worst judges were other women. My older sister who was the ultimate Mother always commented on how I still did things and was mighty disapproving. She is now retired and has realised she has spent a life doing nothing for herself and feels a bit bitter. She is rectifying this.

It’s handy to have a hobby at home and outside ones. My at home ones are gaming, sewing and making props. Main out of the house ones have been dancing lessons of various types, pottery, choirs. Wouldn’t call it a hobby but voluntary committee work for three charities.

I always had unnatural levels of energy. I’m chronically unwell now and those energy level are depleted unfortunately.
