To want to compare toilet dreams?

Gross, perhaps, but it might make us feel better to know we're not alone. It seems (from another thread) a few of us suffer from 'the toilet dream'. I didn't know other people had them!

Mine are variations on a theme; overflowing toilet, no door, glass door, sitting on a velvet chair instead of a toilet.... and they're frequent, like once a week or so!

Anyone else?

Same! I've woken up too late on a number of ocassions god only know's why

I have these and they seem to be related to the public nakedness type of dream 🤔

You might be interested in a book called 'The Top 100 Dreams' by Ian Wallace.

This includes the toilet dream as you describe, also nakedness, arriving for an exam without having revised, and 97 others that the author has compiled through surveying people about their most common dreams.

The interpretation of the dreams was too 'psychobabble' for me but the descriptions of the dreams were interesting.

Though it is a bit galling to find that everyone has the recurring dream you thought was personal to you!

I have the wee dream too - for me I can only find a toilet that will be overlooked, like a room full of loos all together or one where I can’t find one with a door.
It’s always because I need to do a wee. Had them so often when I was pregnant (because I needed a wee basically 94% of the time).

I've never had a single toilet dream in my life (that I can remember) . (I bet I have one tonight, though!)

I've had all the dreams above, mostly the filthy toilets with pee all over the floor and the toilets with no privacy. Usually there are loads of toilets, hundreds in a row and I'm searching and searching for a clean one. Sometimes the toilets are made of fabric and filthy 🤢

I also dream about tiny toilets where I can barely squeeze in the door.

Sometimes if I can't find a clean toilet I sit on the counter and pee, usually watched by loads of people.

Oh my god. I found you! I have these all the time and hate it. Usually filthy toilets. I mean grim grim but I just have to go. Or I get settled to wee then realise I'm in a cubicle that is open plan somehow with various toilets and everyone can see me. Often dream I'm at work and naked or no skirt or odd shoes - all this after the "late" dream where I'm later and later for work, not told my boss and just can't get there
