I do work in the NHS but I’m sure it’s similar elsewhere. Everyone seems to be in the middle of work-relationships breaking down: grievances everywhere! The lack of working together seems to be really taking a bad toll on teams.

Is anyone else finding this (YANBU), or are your work relationships mainly the same (or better)? (YABU)

I’m hoping it’s not just my team/department/city....

NHS here. Same really, lots of political crap I'm getting dragged into, which is consuming my time. Propping up failing teams who somehow resent you for it. I think homeworking has lowered people's guard a bit and everyone is a bit burnt out. Great fun.

People have been working from home with kids about, so it has been hard for everyone and I just think everyone needs a proper break. I know I fucking do!

Much worse. All those opportunities to have little chats in the kitchen with the people who pissed you off in the last meeting have gone so people are really leaning into their growing dislike of each other

its going to get interesting in my company as furlouhh ends and redundancies are made because its not simple in who is made redundant everyone will have to apply for whatever roles left. So someone who has been furloughed for 6 months could still keep their job over someone who had to work throughout.......

You can see it now...how bad that is going to be

I really hate my job loved it before covid.
Keyworker but I was off sick during lockdown and my colleagues are vile to me since I have returned. They are always telling me about how hard it was working there during lockdown and how lucky I was to be off sick.
