These images are from a local 'boutique' AIBU to think:
a) Most importantly, they hinder movement and play.
b) They promote girls as dolls to be dressed up and looked at as an accessory to the parent.
c) They buy into quite dangerous societal stereotypes.
d) Some of them tap too far into the 'bordello' image of women with the 'socks' looking like stockings with short skirts, which is totally inappropriate for children.
YABU- They're clothes and personal choice calm down.
YANBU- This look is concerning in some of the above ways.
