I’ve had a really unhealthy beige comfort food food day:
Breakfast - toast, peanut butter jam
Lunch- bagel with cheese
Tea: a bag of churros with sugar from a food stall & some chips
I might have some cereal in a bit too 😬

All week I've been craving rubbish as I'm due on. Today I've had weetabix with a little sugar on, bacon and cheese omelette, 1 bag crisps, 3 cups of tea, homemade pizza and curly fries for tea, cheesecake for pudding and also 3 beers.

I signed up to Noom last night, logged my food today,

Had yoghurt and banana with a skimmed milk coffee

Then floor fitter rendered kitchen out of vounds, so pastime for lunch

Fish burger, with no bun, loads of sakad and SP fries for dinner.

This is significantly healthier than normal, hence signing up to Noom in the first place.

I'm still 300 bastard calories over!!! Wtf??? I know the oastie was a shit choice, but ffs. I would normally be piling in crisps and bread anyway.

I may just stay fat.

Porridge (good)
Veg chilli for lunch (good)
Rest of child’s packed lunch - 1 x peanut butter wrap, soreen bar - ok but really not necessary
Evening
Twix
Portion of chips
Rest of child’s pizza (different one from lunch remains)
Large bottle of beer
One whole pizza
Huge bar of dark chocolate
Red wine x many
Considering cereal.
Am tired after returning to teaching and not weeing/drinking/eating all day
That’s my excuse anyway

Bowl of Caramel swirl ice cream
Jacket potato with vegan chilli and salad

I feel disgusting, like a decomposing whale ready to pop.

Been alright recently. But a bad day would be:
Chocolate digestives for breakfast, probably with a slice of cheese.
Morning snack of something stodgy from the supermarket bakery.
Lunch tinned tomato soup with a pile of grated cheese and buttered toast (best comfort food).
Probably more biscuits.
Tea corned beef hash or instant mash and more cheese, depending on how lazy....

Stir-fry chicken and rice from Sainsbury's
Chicken gyoza from Sainsbury's

Left over Chinese rice with sweet and sour chicken.

Now chomping through redcurrant puffs. High sugar high fat snack with some tea

Shit day at work, I am allowed Hmm

An orange kit kat
Ringos
Turkey and ham subway
A quorn cheese burger with 2 quorn nuggets on it for added bite... With potato slices
Mackies cheese and onion crisps probably about half the big bag
Various fizzy diet juices.

Resisting going to get angel slice cake out my cupboard

I had 2 sticks of celery and some rocket, so don't know if I am allowed on this thread!

Today's food.

Breakfast, 2 mini tortilla wraps toasted with half a tub of jalapeno hummus, 2 sticks of celery and some rocket.

Dinner, roast chicken stuffed with white pudding, mash, roasted carrots and parsnips, gravy. There were no Yorkies because they had gone mouldy in the fridge.

My junk food day would be a sausage sandwich on pappy white bread with ketchup and mustard.
Dinner would be a meal out, a huge steak with chips and all the trimmings would be good. I would have an ice cream sundae for dessert.

I might as well throw in a couple of caramac bars for snacks.

If I'm premenstrual add a tin of carnation caramel and a spoon!

I would also have a Burger King iced coke slushy type drink at some point.

I am confident I can win this thread. I ate out for breakfast and lunch and had pizza for dinner.

Breakfast: fake pastrami and cheese bagel with gherkins and loads of mayo (when I say fake, I mean vegan)

Lunch: OH took me to one of these places that serve unlimited freshly cooked meat (cut directly from skewers onto the plate right in front of you) and also unlimited sides. Accompanied by a large glass of wine. Cocktail was also had. Pudding was shared.

Dinner: we promised DS dominos..

So here we are. I’m a bloated balloon.
I promise I don’t eat like that every day.

I feel so much better knowing people are congratulating me on my choice of the well known Scottish delicacy, the pizza crunch. It was filthy gorgeous and my lips have a glistening sheen of chippy fat on them. I was expecting to be told how revolting I was. 😂

I feel I can share here... Bfast, half a bagel with marmite, lunch, tuna and cous cous cous salad, 4 posh jaffa cakes (thin things, think they're m&s), then dinner egg, chips and beans, chocolate éclair (cream pastry not a toffee!), half a bottle of wine and now trying to avoid the lindt Chocs, I STARTED the day well! Blush

Last week I think was my most unhealthy, yes delicious day this year to be honest.

Breakfast: pancakes, bacon and syrup, large fresh OJ and A cup of tea (I ate out)

Lunch: chorizo and cheese toastie with crisps. Made a side salad but it may as well have been a garnish

Tea: ate out at turtle bay, and had calamari to start, a full rack of jerk ribs, a side of dirty curry fries (fries, with goat curry and cheese on top) along with two cocktails and a pint of coke.

Supper: two slices of Nutella on toast.

A plate of white rice with tom yum pork and vege
Half a can of beer.

And this is a good day. I need to work on my self-control I think lol.

In the cold hard light of morning realise my yesterday was -
One cup a soup.
4 yes 4 small packets of crisps (they really are tiny!)
Home made macaroni and cheese.

Food was least of my thoughts as extremely busy work day but that is shocking.

Have just had pancakes with a lot of blueberries and blackberries.
Plan salad for lunch
Plan spinach and chickpea curry for dinner.

Plan. Grin lets see.

OOH toast! I feel lots of hot buttery toast coming on! I'm going to embrace a weekend of indulgences. I'll make a veg soup, nice and healthy - then load it with cheese. I'll dunk bread and butter in it.

I'll watch total dross on Netflix, with an assortment of naice biscuits and sweet tea.

Sunday will be spag bol with much butter in the spag - and more cheese. Oh yes.
