Just looked it up. So by knowing about the game and thinking about it I have now instantly watch lost. But no one can ever win or at least no one can ever realise they are winning or know if anyone else if winning.

A flaw seems to be that according to the rules once you know about the game you are playing whether you like it or not. But then it says when you think about the game you have to announce you have lost. But I disagree i won't announce I have lost if I think about the game. Oh wait ...
Ok - I won't announce next time I think about it so I will have broken the rules? But I don't consider myself to be playing despite the rules saying once you know about the game you are playing.
