To think that sometimes people have an instant dislike for someone?

People have taken an instant dislike to me before and vice versa.
I wonder if it is due to incompatible smells/ hormones etc .
I was perfectly pleasant to a woman at work but it is obvious if they don't like me. Im no threat to them so why?

I also really don’t mind if someone else wants to be the ‘centre of attention.’ At work or the school gates thats a kind of redundant thing anyway, you’ll only chat to the person in passing anyway so who cares what they chat about.

I don’t know how you can tell if someone wants to be the centre of attention just from looking at them Confused

I assume it's just the reverse of being drawn to people who look/sound like you. And being put off if someone is being loud or acting rough . But I'm not going to dress my subconscious bias up as a mystical talent. It's just your brain's way of telling you if something is 'off' with an interaction.
