Being asked to deliver training completley outside my skillset!

I work for a private training provider who is struggling for money and have just taken on a contract they have no one qualified to deliver.
So I have been asked, alongside someone else who was told about it last week, and started yesterday.
She is not qualified, I am even less qualified but my boss is adamant she needs me to do it anyway. I have told her I don't know the material, won't be able to answer questions and will be at best, one step ahead of the attendees. They are pushing me because they need the money.
To give you an idea of how unqualified I am, it would be like asking a pastry chef to deliver a course on bricklaying.
AIBU to say no? I have looked at the course materials and it is bloody awful to be honest.

I wouldn't to be honest it could ruin your whole career. If you have a professional registration in your fil3ed, could it also jeopardise that?

View it as “facilitating” rather than training.

So you’re going to be one step ahead, guiding the learners through the training materials.

If they ask a question you can’t answer, then you can either ask the group to discuss it and see what everybody thinks, or promise to look into it and get back to them.

I’ve run training courses on topics I wasn’t remotely qualified in, it can be ok.

It wouldn't ruin my career. There is no registration to be jeopardised.
My issue is that this course is being delivered to improve the lives of people that have lost their jobs through COVID.
I feel like they deserve to be taught by someone who knows what they are taking about. I would just be reading off slides! I have absolutely no knowledge of this topic and not enough time to do some in depth reading to gain some insight.

With more time I think I could wing it - but I hate doing that.
They are telling me they wan't me doing it by Monday - and it is facilitating in a way, but it's not going to be one question, it is going to be every question they ask!

Feel for you. This is a regular feature of my FE job sadly.
