Is 33 too young for botox?

I've always had lines on my forehead but they're becoming quite visible! Is 33 too young to get a bit of botox ?

Could your skin be dehydrated? I'd try exercise/ lots of water/fruit & veg/sleep and a good moisturiser and serum for a month or two first
