To ask them to be quiet

My neighbour's teen is having a party. Her parents are away. There's noise outside my window from people organising more people to join and one kid just peed on my drive. He shouted back "sorry I'll just be a second!" terribly politely but I'm knackered now and want them all to bugger off. The door slamming and shouting outside is doing my head in. I'm a boring old witch aren't I? How late is late enough to shout "pipe down'" or will I always seem deranged and mortify the teenager who is lovely and whose parents we get on with really well? And would you want to know if your kid had a party? I wasn't planning to tell. Just tired and a bit bored of being awake so thought I'd ask the MN night shift! Grin
