To ask you to help me find a retirement present

The lady in question likes music, theatre, travel and eating out. So far I've got her an afternoon tea voucher and was going to get a vase with her name & happy retirement on it. Was also thinking a photo frame but not sure whether to put retirement wording on it too or just have no wording. Anyone have any better ideas? Have about a £45 budget. Thanks

I wouldn’t , personalised stuff is too hard to send to the charity shop

£45 will just about cover teas surely? Although unless you know she likes that it is a very marmite gift.

I wish I'd had vouchers. I got some jewellery, I don't wear jewellery, nice thought but I'd have loved some vouchers as I was planning to redecorate so B&Q would have been great, or M&S to buy some bits and pieces like new bedding or towels, or well anything but jewellery.

To be honest I would have groaned at the voucher for tea and the vase, the photo frame would be OK as I never have enough but no engraving.

The problem is it isn't for me, ask someone who knows her well.

I've already got her the afternoon tea voucher as I know she'll love it. I think I'll just get the vase and some flowers to go in it and shop vouchers with the rest
