AIBU to be pissed off at husband sending DMs to random girls on IG?
It's really annoyed me 🙄 moreso coz his profile photo includes me and our son. It feels petty but I am still irritated thinking about it.

He’s showing you a total lack of respect. This would affect my self esteem. As he keeps doing it, this would be a dealbreaker for me.

I get a few unsolicited messages from unknown men on Instagram - hey beautiful, you look cute etc etc

I am a middle-aged, married mother of four and have zero interest in cyberflirting with anyone. I block the lot of them, creepy weirdos.

Your DH is desperately hoping one of his random DMs will have a positive response. Hopefully most of the recipients are savvy enough to workout he is a grade A sleaze.

What sort of messages though? I get messages, almost all from women, which are often follow ups to conversations we’ve had below their photos or mine about books or recipes or dogs or cats. Is he messaging young women whose accounts are all photos of them in thongs on beaches, or is he chatting to elderly ladies about their shared interest in Cecil Parknson?

I ask because an ex boyfriend (who I loved) freaked out about the possibility of men I did not know messaging me (it hadn’t happened but he was pretty sure it would and because I’m so dim I would not realise they wanted sex until I’d had sex with loads of strangers and then he’d have lost me: spoiler alert, he lost me over this craziness).

So can you clarify what sort of messages?
