So I'm being induced at the moment and I'm in a room with two other ladies.
One of them is still talking loudly on the phone now at almost 10:30 pm and I find it super annoying and think she's extremely selfish.

AIBU?

I worry that she'll make a scene and it could negatively impact my hospital experience.

and her loud talking isn't? buzz a nurse? shout "shut the fuck up" at her? Only you know what is worse for you - but I'd try at least one of those

Hospital wards are no better than dodgy hostels these days

I was visiting a respiratory ward a few years ago & a woman sat in her bed squirting hair spray 🥺 She pulled her curtains to do it, like we wouldn’t know, then opened them to reveal the still bad do.

when your baby is born it’s likely it will cry in the early hours of the morning and keep some people awake so it’s just give and take. it was only half ten so hardly that late Well it’s a maternity ward. Crying babies are an occupational hazard. Y’know?
