To ask for teeth whitening hacks

I have really discoloured yellow/brown teeth and I hate it. I don't know why because I've always religiously brushed my teeth twice a day. I do drink a lot of coffee but no red wine or anything like that. I'm beginning to feel very self conscious about it. Tried all the supermarket whitening tooth pastes which do bugger all. Does anyone have any wonder products they can recommend? Or lifestyle hacks that might help?

Otherwise I'm seriously considering taking out a loan for proper cosmetic teeth whitening. I get married next year and can't bear to see myself like this in photos.

I've tried everything and have really awful, crowded and brown teeth. Any kind of whitening treatment doesn't work on me, dentist/professional or otherwise (yes there really are a percentage of people like this hence why you sign a disclaimer on your whitening treatment) The only thing that works to some extent is a really thorough scale and polish with the hygienist

Rinsing your mouth with hydrogen peroxide is meant to be good and super cheap

DS1 has been using one of those cheap gum shields with the gel and a UV light. You only wear it for ten minutes. It's made a massive difference to the colour of his teeth. I think it cost about £20 on amazon

Go to dentist and ask about professional whitening using Hydrogen peroxide. They will charge you to take mould of your teeth and produce the bleaching trays (basically a mouth guard/retainer type thing). You can then buy a pack of the whitening gel (comes in syringes, that you squeeze into the trays) that they will show you how to use. Alternatively buy your own paste online, which will likely be cheaper, but you will still need to find somewhere to produce you a bleaching tray.

I used Phillips Zoom Day White 9.5% Hydrogen Peroxide which I think is around the limit of what is legally allowed to be sold. Hydrogen Peroxide is the strongest so ignore Carbamide Peroxide products even if the % looks higher.

Sadly there are no hacks.

I came across this product because I had a fall and one of my front teeth, the root dyed and turned grey. Dentist arranged for root canal and internal bleaching using the 9.5% HP before filling it again. To get it back to normal colour. I had to buy a full pack of 9.5% HP but only used a teeny bit for the one tooth, so used the remainder on the rest of my teeth. Worked reasonably well but certainly not like the TOWIE smiles (which are only so white because they have veneers/implants and not their natural teeth surfaces).
