Was I really awful to this MLM rep?

I've just had 5 messages in a row from a random MLM rep on Instagram DMs (my profile is private) saying how perfect I'd be to join her team and looking through my profile she can see that I'm exactly who she is looking for and I can start earning £2k + a month right away and as a mother why would I hesitate to give my kids the life they deserve!? (my kids are in my profile picture with me).

I replied with 3 pictures (attached) and I'm now getting a tirade of abuse - saying I'm a nasty bitter old woman (I'm 26 Grin) and spreading hate at a time when we should always think "be kind" and love all lives.

I haven't replied. I probably shouldn't have replied in the first place either but I get so so so many MLM messages and have lost several good friends to the huns..

I would have replied in a much ruder manner than you.
So disrespectful of her to be jumping in the inbox of complete strangers with her crap.
I hate mlms with a passion, they should be banned.

I sometimes get these request in my hobby Instagram account (it's money related) and I generally ignore them. Is there a kind way of telling them they are nuts?

She’s just upset she’s got to buy more products to meet her target x
