Mine was a birth mark mole under my RIGHT breast. Its flat though, not a raised lump and only visible when I heave up the boob.

I used to, but I had it removed about a year ago (the boob, and the mole). 😁

THAT was what I was trying to explain before.
Rather than that we used to have 8 nipples like a cat.

We can however, have up to 8 nipples across the milk line.

Under my left boob/mole/nipple I have one further down on that side which is also sticky-outy.

All three of my kids have tried to suck it as babies.
(It didn't work).
