If you had posted "Person. Woman. Man. Camera. Television ... AIBU to think Trump "passing" a dementia test does not make him a genius?" then people would have been on the same page as you would have provided some basic context.

I only had an idea it was about Trump because I could link the "remember random words at determined times in the future" memory test to the only news headline headline I have read recently regarding a memory test being noteworthy, as I choose not to read about Trump if I can help it.

MY dad passed all the dementia tests but was quite a way down the dementia trail, they aren't that reliable.

My dad was brilliant at the dementia tests. Asked for as many words beginning with P for a minute, he said stuff like 'perseverance' and 'perspicacity'. I'm sure the doctor thought he was making them up.

It's been all over all the news I've read this past few days. And I'm not
exactly a news hawk. I thought it was common knowledge. I am obvs mistaken. Having said that, there are a few posters who recognised immediately what I meant. So, y'know, I won't go away completely disheartened.

Even after all this harassment I am able to retain. . .even after 10, maybe 15 or 20 minutes...and they don't tell you. . .they go back to the first question, well maybe not the first, but the 10th question. And I got them in the right order. Nobody gets them in the right order, but I did, it was easy for me. And you get extra points for that.

I'd love to give you all that test. You wouldn't pass it. It's not an easy test.
