AIBU to ask what really cool stuff is there to do in and around Oxford?

For two adults and a 13 year old. We already have an escape room booked but looking for something else fun and quirky and interesting

Blenheim Palace, easily accessible from Oxford city centre. Amazing gardens and walks, Churchill exhibition, adventure gardens, incredible state rooms. I just checked and it’s opening soon.

The centre of Oxford is lovely, and most of the colleges are within a couple of minutes walk, as are The Sheldonian Theatre, which costs a couple of quid to have a look round, The Bodleian Library (sp), The Ashmolian etc. There's also the covered market, where you can get a massive cornish pasty for £2.50. The Thames is a minute walk from the railway station, and a Grey Heron can often be seen hunting there.

It's a beautiful city with loads to do, hope you and your family have fun.
