Someone slightly overweight, BMI less than 30, but eats healthy food, generally healthy lifestyle, exercises moderately

Or

Someone of a healthy weight who lives mostly on crap and does no exercise?

YANBU for first option YABU for the second.

@HermioneMakepeace google skinny fat, it’s a thing!

Someone slightly overweight

so not that healthy.

Being healthy shouldn't be about being MORE or LESS healthy than your friends, it should be only about you. Either you are healthy or you are not. Someone being possibly worst doesn't make you healthier or help you in any way.

If BMI high 20s (30 or over is medically obese), even if your lifestyle is active and you eat nutritious food it'd benefit your health to lose weight.

The person with OK BMI would obviously benefit their health by exercising and eating better.

The healthy range use to be up to BMI 27. Make of that what you will.

Someone who has a BMI of 26, eats a varied diet and exercises every day probably is healthier than someone with a BMI of 19, does no exercise and survives on a diet of fags and booze. Beyond that I can't say.

@SerenDippitty cut out the fat free (carb high) yoghurt!
Switch to greek yoghurt with fat. It will keep you full so much longer.

SerenDippitty · 15/07/2020 14:14

fat free natural yogurt is no higher in carbs than full fat. I've tried switching to full fat and gained weight. I seem to need to watch my fat intake.
