To think my brother could make an effort when I'm doing him a favour?

I have got hold of a cheap computer for my brother but we live 40 miles away from each other. I am going to be seeing my parents on Thursday so could drop it off then (he lives with them) but he doesn't get paid til Friday (have had issues claiming money off him before)
Or am going near him on Saturday and suggested he could meet me. He says he is going away mid morning so can't do it. I am suggesting he meets me early so that I don't have the pc hanging around and cluttering up my house.
Am I being unreasonable to think he could make a little effort or should I do all the running around?

keep the pc at home - if he wants it he knows where you live - if not sell it to a friend

Is it a good pc? Heck, it's a cheap one, so he should be more grateful! Tell him he can have it when's best for you and make sure you get cash up front if you've been stung in the past. If this makes you feel bad, could you get the money from your parents and then he can owe it to them as he lives with them, might he may be more likely to pay them back?
