FFS forget your petty squabbles, and your " right honourable gentleman"
nonsense. This is above and beyond anything I've every experienced in my lifetime.
Gather together the best, the most experienced, the ones who get things done and fucking provide some decisive direction and leadership.

End the riots, the food banks, tha chaos round schools, the absurd binary media.

And now we are to have an antiracist crusade led by a man who has written of letteboxes in veils and piccaninnies with watermelon smiles.

@pointythings

Baileys people voted for Brexit, they voted for Tories, so they voted for poverty. Mind you, they probably voted for poverty for other people. Now with COVID and No Deal, a lot of people are going to get what they voted for, and they will learn that they are the 'other people'.

It's just a shame so many who didn't vote for any of that are going to get hit by it too.

People are going to get a hell of a shock when they realise that only a very few, very rich people are 'us' and everyone else is 'them'.

Still, never mind, the shitty press and worse government will just blame it on the EU, immigration etc. and people will lap it up.

Does anyone else remember having her 'penny drop' moment on Question Time, when she realised that she was exactly the type of person the Tories didn't give a stuff about.

It honestly amazes me that people repeatedly vote for old Etonians, whose life experiences couldn't be more different from the average Joe, and then expect them to have any understanding of the lives most of us lead.

Neither remember, nor care, to be honest. And the fact that after that was shown, we got a Tory government with a majority of 70+ tells me that few other people did either ....
