I was woken up early hours of Friday morning in pain. Several ginormous piles had erupted, they are the worst I've ever had, and SO painful. Since then they've got worse, the biggest is the size of a Brazil nut, and they hurt worse. I constantly feel like I need the loo, and every half hour or so, have to "go and see " if I actually need to do anything cos I can't tell properly. There's some blood, not a lot. I haven't slept, can barely walk, can't sit or stand comfortably, and am just bloody miserable. I don't think I can go like this til Monday on the off chance of a gp appointment.
Would the walk in centre be able to help?.

Yes a walk in centre is needed, as this sounds very unpleasant for you, and something you can't tackle yourself.

People make fun of piles regularly. Those people have clearly never had s bad bout!! The itchy soreness is enough to drive you insane.

"Walk in Centre" what a misnomer when you're suffering from piles!! 😢
