Just seen a post on fbook about knowsley safari park. The comments lots of people trying to book. People asking for discount if NHS.

If I had a zoo near by I'd be going, unfortunately they are all quite a drive away.

I hope so. Our local one opens next Wednesday and we plan on going soon.

They're really struggling. Chester nearly had to close because of the lack of income. They still have to feed the animals and pay the staff even if they don't open!

We’re going to the zoo next week. We’ll wear face masks and stay away from other people. They need money to carry on operating and we’ve been home for 12 weeks and would like to do so something different for a change.
