To think this is a MLM?

Actually there doesn't seem to be an end product, so it's a pyramid scheme?

An old colleague who I'm connected with on FB has made her way through at least 6 different MLMs over the past year or so (weight loss coffee, make up and travel rep are the ones I can remember off the top of my head). She spam posts about them daily, and the only likes and comments are from other MLM bots - all typical MLM stuff.

But about a month ago she posted a bit of an anti MLM rant and declared she had found her "lifes purpose" and to watch this space. Since then she's posted multiple count down style posts about her "exciting reveal", lots of emojis and lots of copied and pasted "business tips".

The big reveal is that she's now a business coach Confused

I have put together some business tools what I thought you biz owners would find useful💕

Generate FREE Leads
Plan To Success Facebook Group
5 Steps to Start an Online Biz
30 Day Summit
One Funnel Away Challenge
Create your Website

See how to access those tools in the comments💕

A quick look on the links she posted shows that it's a very scam like Web page (lots of SHOUTY CAPITALS and underlined statements about making money now!!!
It's also charging in dollars (she's in Wales) and the spelling is American. Her name is cut in every now and again.

The business looks like it is (wait for it) coaching others into how to become coaches - so they can coach other people on coaching coaches.

The whole vibe is MLM-y, and it just seems that it's getting people to pay to get access to their material which they can then use... To get people to pay to get access to etc etc

It's an MLM right?

FWIW she's a 24 year old receptionist with absolutely no experience in business, aside from failed MLM attempts. So hearing about how she's going to coac others to success is... Grating.

OpenWheelRace · 12/06/2020 10:44

I just can't find a direct link anywhere to it - it's a very well hidden MLM!

A friends ex wife started this. The wording is exactly the same. She became empowered (again after working her way through a make up mlm)

She hosted a conference at £50 per head.

Three people went.

@Singlebutmarried

That's 3 people more than I'd expect - what on Earth made them fork out £50??

It’s mlm targeting existing mlm. Sound like they are barely even pretending to have a ‘product’.

Livedandlearned · 12/06/2020 11:04

Someone who I know that was a Forever Living hun went on to become a business coach. They all seem to link somehow.

@OpenWheelRace who knows. The photos on FB were carefully angled to make it look like more (jackets on/jackets off, hair up/down)

Total farce.

God, that's just sad Sad

I've just seen that my FB "friend" is claiming to make 4 figures a day with her "proven" system of generating business coaching leads. Her website links to video reviews - all of whom are American. Her script says things like she "hasn't spent a dime" - I'd hope not! SHE'S IN WALES.
