Here it is...

I'm 5ft 4. BMI is overweight. Waist to hip ratio is low risk.

Some days I feel an elephant, some days I feel slim.

So what is it?! My BMI isnt inflated by being muscular as I don't really do exercise.

What do you think my clothes size/weight/bmi is? I'm throwing it out to the public to try to gain clarity.

Please do excuse the messy bathroom, we had a leak

Does he pain himself this much over what he looks like and does for you OP? A good and healthy sex life is about a lot more than gearing everything towards what a man wants. If he hasnt said your weight is a problem what makes you think it's this?

I'd have guessed a 12-14 on top and 14 bottom but I think you have a very normal and attractive body with a good shape. If you don't exercise then nobody can expect to look toned which I think is what swings it rather than BMI. Like a lot of people you are carrying some of your weight in your thighs and the tops of your arms which is going to make your silhouette look broader and gives the impression of a larger frame as it's what the eye is drawn to but you are by no means large, I think you look perfectly fine and are lovely looking.

Still not getting why you'd be flamed!

I prefer men who are fit/slim. Doesn't mean I wouldn't love or be attracted to DH if he put on weight and I'd never, ever say a word but I think part of being sexually involved with somebody is considering how you appear to them.

Is it the sole reason to want to lose weight? I think maybe I'd find it strange as a single motivation but as a driving force, I don't think it's terrible.

Your body is NORMAL. Stop worrying about it.

Very dangerous advice. Being overweight is not normal for the human body. It is associated with a great range of adverse health outcomes. The current "norm" of being overweight is an aberration.
