Should I be using 50?

Oh, and I should maybe say, I have two DD's, and neither ever got sunburn with the factor 30, even in the harsh Aussie sun.

As above, I’m sure that there’s not much in it with F50 vs F30

However

My DD gets rashy with many suncreams, watch out for that as Soltan normal will bring her out in dots but the same factor (50) in the Kids’ version is fine.

Just a heads up

I'm keen to make others aware so that they are spared what I am currently going through.

I haven’t been through it but if it helps, sunscreen (especially on kids) is one of my soapbox topics. When DD’s friends come round and say things like “oh I just tan so I don’t need suncream” I set them straight ad tell them if they want to go outside when I’m looking after them then they wear suncream or they stay inside.

We use nivea kids for the same reason.

I was told factor 30 by dermatology so their skin can breathe so we use that.

Your not meant to use factor 50 as its full of loads of chemicals, I watch a program on it on the bbc. Factor 30 with 5 stars they said, once you go to 50 it's very harsh on the skin and actually offers no more protection .

@NanooCov we use the altruist one as well. Have the spray for body and the cream for face
