What motivated you to get into shape?

Really at low point. Start diet every Monday and by mid week break it. What motivated you? I have zero willpower and break quite easily. How did you break the cycle?

Seriously OP I'd wholeheartedly recommend low carbing, you just don't have that constant gnawing hunger. Before my pre diabetic blood test I had a BMI of 24, but to maintain that weight I was usually hungry, I dropped to a BMI of 19 without feeling hungry by low carbing.

My motivation was trying on wedding dresses and looking like a ball. Vowed there and then that I would not be a fat bride.

I’m on week 3 of joe wicks 90 day plan. I’ve stayed off the scales so far and am looking forward to weighing and measuring next week. I feel more trim, more energetic and I could crush melons with my thighs.

I want an ass that won’t quit and curves in all the right places. And I just had pizza for breakfast as a carb recovery meal. I love this plan!
