Is it a-sap or A.S.A.P when you say it ? I say the initials and twat colleague says a-sap.

It’s not very often you actually say it out loud though is it? In RL? It’s a typing shortcut mostly.

Very rare I'd say it out loud like that. If talking to someone I'd say the actual words or say "as soon as you can".

I don't think I ever do say it, but I just tried and "ay sapp" definitely felt better than " ay ess ay pee"
